I think you can even further simplify it and
- Either drop the mapper that converts the numbers to 1, do the filter
directly and then count, or
- Do the mapper that uses the filter's logic to convert the value to
either 0 or 1, depending on the "within the unit circle" condition. Then simply
sum.
