I would suggest a new section "Java 8 Lambda Expressions" for the "Java API
Programming Guide" which explains how to use lambdas (with examples) and
configure maven. I think it makes sense to rename the whole "flink-java8-tests"
subproject to "flink-java8" and put some example in there.
