[FLINK-1072] improved build matrix
This pull request changes the build matrix to build all versions that we
publish as a release binary + the latest hadoop release (curr 2.5.0).
We should not merge this since the hadoop 2.5.0 build will fail due to
FLINK-1069.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rmetzger/incubator-flink travis_matrix
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-flink/pull/130.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
