Hey Solaimurugan,
we usually use the bugtracking system for identified issues and feature
requests. Your issue seems to be a question which we usually answer on the
users mailing list.
To ask questions on the users mailing list, you have to send an email to
"[email protected]". Once you've confirmed your
subscription, you can send all your questions to
"[email protected]". If you prefer "forum-style" mailing lists
more, you can also use Nabble here:
