we modify the flume 1.7 ,to use inode judge the file uniqueness .But Run for a
while we find a problem ,because the log have the same inode like the old log
，the flume will collect the new log not from start,is start at pos .
For example：
1.20180403 aaa.log inode 1111 pos:5 content:aaaaa
2.when 20180503 aaa.log inode 1111 content:bbbbbbb,the flume will collect the
data from pos 5,so in kakfa the data is bb ,lost some data
how to slove this problem?
