the only documentation for BLOBHandler seems to be at FLUME-2718 - it isn't
included in the Flume User manual (only BlobHandler is, and that's different.)
But, no, it wouldn't support form-data format. In fact this is exactly what the
Morphline [BlobHandler|http://flume.apache.org/FlumeUserGuide.html#blobhandler]
is for, but you would need to assemble [Morphline
Commands|http://kitesdk.org/docs/1.1.0/morphlines/morphlines-reference-guide.html]
to unpack it.
