### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/alibaba/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation Especially in partition table, If multiple partition tables with different created time are assigned to one split reader, the delay metric will up and down , up and down... This issue aims to pause the faster bucket read until the slowest table bucket catches up, achieving time alignment.
