### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/alibaba/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation Currently, the ducument https://fluss.apache.org/docs/next/maintenance/filesystems/hdfs/ is too simple, and users don't know to pass hadoop related configurations, such as`dfs.nameservices` to Fluss.
