Thanks @polyzos , I have understood the background requirements and your design trade-offs. Although we haven't reached complete consensus on all design issues in this PR yet, it has very thoroughly presented our background, objectives, and the concerns of all parties, and we were able to engage in detailed consideration of specific technical choices and details.
