### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Fluss version main (development) ### Please describe the bug 🐞 Currently, `LogFetcher` only updates metadata in `handleFetchLogException` when an `InvalidMetadataException` is received.
