### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation In https://github.com/apache/fluss/pull/1847 Fluss support to tolerate exist Paimon lake table when create Fluss table. But in production environment, datalake manager systems may add some extra options to lake table to help manage. Such as `owner`, `createdAt`, `updatedAt`...
