Sure @Jackeyzhe , this issue aims to add a test that mocks schema evolution and then restart coordinator, then checks the the `metadata()` request on Coordinator can response the correct schema. I think you can add such a test in `TableManagerITCase`, and use `FlussClusterExtension#stop/startCoordinatorServer` to restart the coordinator.
