Thanks again @wuchong! The bug seems to be environmental as isn't easily reproduced in the same way locally, even with running hundreds of iterations. I'm revisiting it today and trying to introduce some factors and diagnostic logging that will _hopefully_ reproduce the same issue. I also believe that I may have uncovered a separate bug while iterating on this one which I'll create an issue for related to a potential problem with the `IcebergLakeCommitter`.
