Hi @zuston, If the tablet server is still hanging during initialization, it’s unlikely to be caused by the `ReplicaFetcherThread`, as it runs in a separate thread and shouldn’t block other threads. Based on our experience, this issue typically occurs when the server spends a long time in the `loadLogs` phase (when unclean shutdown happens).
