More of a question, does the same logic need to be ported over to rust client side as well? Granted that we do not implement Flink client on top of rust client, however, should we i) do the same to ensure consistency between the clients and ii) if anyone wants to implement exactly once on top of rust client, they can use the same output provided by the Upsert/DeleteResult?
