### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Description Add test assertions for zero-offset bucket keys (`zeroOffsetBucketKeysAfterCheckpoint`) in `UndoRecoveryManagerITCase.testPartialUpdateMultiBucketComprehensiveRecovery`. The zero-offset bucket scenario (checkpoint offset = 0) is an important edge case where all writes to that bucket need to be undone.
