Hi @wuchong I agree. I have been a victim of downloading jars and assuming that they got downloaded perfectly, but further examination, I found out it was just a placeholder, an empty jar, due to a network issue, which caused me a lot of back and forth while testing the streaming lakehouse quickstart during development. That being said, I agree we should maintain seperate docker images for quick start. It should be as easy as just running docker-compose.yml, TADA, everything falls in place, no mkdir or wget, and the end user just starts playing around. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
