### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Fluss version main (development) ### Please describe the bug 🐞 When CoordinatorService.prepareLakeTableSnapshot fails, it sets the error code on the response but not table_id, and doesn't log the exception.
