sba -> wuy: As discussed with CD: The bubble help ("...Re-start from top") must
be prepared to "look good" whatever translated string will be shown in it.
Thus it must have a "dynamic size" depending on the string length.
Example: "Search key not found" is 20 characters in English, the correspondent
Portuguese (Brazil) string has 31 characters.
Note: CD said that we must also talk about an automatic line break in there if
the shown string gets "much too long".
