(There, it was failure to get new symbol queryCreatableContentsInfo from ucbhelper4MSC.dll; here, it is failure to get symbol syncRepositories from deploymentmiscmi.dll, which is also probably a new symbol in OOo 3.3. In both cases, content of PATH looks so that it is rather unlikely that it causes a wrong DLL instance to be picked.) Issue 116669 went away after a clean reinstall of OOo, but it appears that there is something that can go wrong when updating OOo.
