While fixing issue 105244 I noticed the following on a Windows 7 with system
file dialog:
- Save a picture (after the fix) _without_ extension.
- Save the picture again. This time the AutoExtension button has to be switched
on.
- Input the name of the previously saved picture and press Save
- The 'do you want to override <filename>' query appears
This query box should not appear because there is no file <filename.ext> to be
overwritten. If you answer with 'yes' the dialog returns a URL _without_
extension.
