This error is older, and I received it with many previous versions of OOo, although it still persists in this latest version of OOo-dev. OOo would start despite this error. After searching the internet, and deleting the file: Application Data\OOo-dev3\user\config\javasettings_Windows_x86.xml OOo does not disply this error anymore.
