We can confirm the issue under Ubuntu 8.04 & 10.04.
After manually altering the .PPD file for a Lexmark C920 by changing all
instances of "ledger" to "tabloid" test prints were intermittently successful.
After manually adding a new "17x11" page size to the .PPD and changing the
existing entries for "tabloid" from "11x17" to "17x11", landscape test prints
were intermittently successful.
While the 11x17 adjustment is in place 17x11 prints are printed on Letter
paper.
While the 17x11 adjustment is in place 11x17 prints are printed on Letter
paper.
Neither of the adjustments are reliable, with results varying from printing
correctly on the correct paper to printing on Letter instead of 11x17.
The only current solution is to export to PDF and print the PDF, which
automatically adjusts the rotation and prints on 11x17 from the correct printer
drawer.
