The soffice.bin seems to be hung in a futex call:
>ps -Af | grep soffice
... 22434 16648 0 Apr07 pts/1 00:00:00 /bin/sh /usr/local/bin/soffice
... 22448 22434 0 Apr07 pts/1 01:36:04
/opt/openoffice.org3/program/soffice.bin
strace-ing the process gives this:
>strace -p 22448
Process 22448 attached - interrupt to quit
futex(0xb17bbbd8, FUTEX_WAIT, 22451, NULL^C <unfinished ...>
Process 22448 detached
If I want to start soffice again in this state to open a file, it will start up
but crash after 10 s or so. This behaviour remains until I kill the stuck
process.
