In Windows server 2012 powershell, gfsh error output is invisible under the
default color scheme. You have to select the apparently blank lines of output
and copy-paste them into a text editor in order to read the error messages. If
you change the font color in powershell, it affects the normal gfsh output but
the error output is still invisible.
