This page in the docs should be deprecated, as users should no longer be
encrypting a password via gfsh to copy/paste into cache.xml: [Encrypting
Passwords for Use in

Related to [GEODE-1958|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-1958], which
calls for removing PasswordUtil.
