Description:
This page in the docs should be deprecated, as users should no longer be
encrypting a password via gfsh to copy/paste into cache.xml: [Encrypting
Passwords for Use in
cache.xml|https://geode.apache.org/docs/guide/11/managing/security/encrypting_passwords.html]
This page should also be deprecated, since the command --encrypt-password
should no longer be used: [encrypt password (gfsh
command)|https://geode.apache.org/docs/guide/11/tools_modules/gfsh/command-pages/encrypt.html]
Related to [GEODE-1958|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-1958], which
calls for removing PasswordUtil.
