The native client now uses an XSD to specify its schema in place of the former
DTD.
In the docs, this means that <install-dir>/dtd/gfcpp-cache8000.dtd should be
updated to <install-dir>/xsds/gfcpp-cache-9.0.xsd.
The only occurrence of which I'm aware is in
http://gemfire-native.docs.pivotal.io/geode/cache-init-file/cache-dtd.html.
