Description: The implementation of Multistep commands is needlessly complex
and buggy. After GEODE-3217, we should be able to remove the notion of
multistep commands entirely. (was: The implementation of Multistep commands is
needlessly complex and buggy. We should reimplement gfsh "query" as a normal
command and remove the code for Multistep.)
