Summary: Flattening LuceneSerializer should support PDX values

The FlatFormatSerializer should support PDX serialized values, in addition to
supporting java objects.
Acceptance:
Objects stored in the region as serialized PDX objects should be supported by
the FlatFormatSerializer, and they should not be deserialized during the
process of indexing. In other words, the indexing should work even if the
object's classes are not present on the server.
