Summary: All setting to automatically revoke a diskstore on
recovery

Problem: recovery can "hang" waiting for a corrupt disk store to come back
online. In this case the person has to begin combing through logs to determine
if recovery is still running, why hasn't it completed? etc This is both
problematic for a user and also in an automated world.
So... let's offer a setting on disk store creation to automatically revoke a
disk store after a certain period of time.
And we can recommend to users to set the time period to be after some
unreasonable amount of time where a disk store almost never comes back online.
