A LuceneSerializer should be given a PdxInstance, and not a deserialized value
if the users value is serialized pdx data.
Acceptance:
If an the class for the pdx object is not on the classpath for the geode
server, the serializer should still receive a pdx instance, without hitting any
ClassNotFound exceptions.
