Description: The `@since` tag on CustomEntryConcurrentHashMap says GemFire
1.5 but this is actually a class that was copied from JDK and altered. The
original `@since` tag was and should be Java 1.5. (was: The {code}@since{code}
tag on CustomEntryConcurrentHashMap says GemFire 1.5 but this is actually a
