As a geode.apache.org reader, I want to visit a release link on the Releases
page without losing my place on the Geode website or having to navigate back to
it.
Releases page at geode.apache.org currently open in the current window and take
the reader away from the Geode website. A good suggestion from [~jblum] is to
have those links open a new tab/window, so the reader remains on the Geode site
in the current window.
