In can be reproduced with any dunit test using PortfolioPdx.
When an PortfolioPdx object is serialized to be PdxInstance, call
JSONFormatter.toJSON(pdxInstance) will throw exception.
I found it's due to JSONFormatter.toJSON failed to parse collectionHolderMap
field.
