GEODE-4091: add ThreadFactory for evictor
The threads created to do background eviction scanning
will now be named "LRUListWithAsyncSortingThreadNNN".
The will now be daemon threads.
They now have an unhandled exception handler.
Their group is named "LRUListWithAsyncSorting Threads".
