GEODE-3653: Remove testHook from AGSEP
- Removed `TEST_HOOK` from AbstractGatewaySenderEventProcessor.
- The property `numEventsDispatched` was being used only by test
classes, no functionality impact.
- Updated `ConcurrentParallelGatewaySenderDUnitTest`, removed unused
imports and verified that current tests finish correctly.
