GEODE-3813 deprecated ALL_KEYS and List from being passed into
registerInterest. We should also deprecate these two from being passed into
unregisterInterest.
This ticket is to only deprecate and log a warning. We will remove the
behavior in Geode 2.0.
GEODE-4710 is to introduce new unregisterInterest APIs
