Summary: take long time to create a region

while apache geode acts as a redis server, it takes long time to insert the
first element for data structures except string and hashset.
In the geode server log, it shows that the gemfireredis took nearly 2 seconds
to finish the creation for a new region.
According to the testing, there are major gap between the performance and the
annouced benchmark in cwiki.
