Summary: Add new subsection in docs: use cases

Our documentation is missing a place to present, discuss, and describe the
implementation of various design patterns. For example, how would a developer
use Geode to implement an inline cache? How would a developer use Geode to
pre-load a set of region entries? There are also a large number of design
patterns that increase fault tolerance by working over WAN.
Introduce a new manual section called Use Cases, and add introductory sentences
an placeholders where we can fill in more details (over time).
