Summary: Identify and document changes to supported system
properties

It has been identified that some system properties were no longer needed and
therefore have been removed or deprecated in our code. We need to ensure that
the properties in the geode.properties file in the defaultSystem directory are
correct and up-to-date. Also, we need to ensure that any documentation contain
the correct properties and their descriptions.
This could involve going through each property and ensuring that it is
supported and tested, and removing the ones which are not.
