After the recent upgrade to Gradle 4.8, more Geode developers are hitting
OutOfMemoryError while building Geode. The folks who have created a
~/.gradle/gradle.properties and specified org.gradle.jvmargs = -Xmx4g have
reported that this fixes the issue.
