Summary: Tests for geode-assembly don't work correctly under
IntelliJ

Currently the geode-assembly tests (for example
AssemblyContentsIntegrationTest) are expecting the developer to set GEODE_HOME
before running them, for example with IntelliJ. We should set this environment
variable automatically as part of the Gradle build process, to
`geode-assembly/build/install/apache-geode/`
