Currently there are three tests that fail every time the geode version changes:

- {{checkPom}} gradle task
- {{AssemblyContentsIntegrationTest}}
- GeodeDependencyJarIntegrationTest}}

We should improve the tests since the source of truth for the version is 
gradle.properties.
