Taking a look at the most recent run, it doesn't appear to be an issue with the
server default port conflicting with a randomly assigned port (three times in a
row). Looking at the progress.txt file, we see that the failures were in the
last three runs:

This suggests that somehow the default server port (40404) didn't get properly
freed up after the third test (cannotStopServerAsClusterReaderOverJmx).
