The recent resolution of injecting BOM contents directly into module POMs has
had the inexplicable side-effect of adding an hour to the length of some of our
DistributedTest suites. This has brought the "expected" runtime to be close to
the timeout of the task.
Increase the timeout until the cause of this issue can be found, understood,
and resolved.
