GEODE-6249: port attributes mutator test (#431)
- Add AttributesMutator test to new framework, duplicating/updating old code
- Rename AttributesMutator test, since it doesn't actually test
AttributesMutator
- GEODE-6249: Delete old AttributesMutator test
