We build and ship a sample SSL encryption library called cryptoimpl, which is a
dependency of the nativeclient. On Windows, our install currently includes the
cryptoimpl.dll and cryptoimpl.lib. The cryptoimpl.lib is an import library and
should not be part of the release artifacts
