GEODE-6574: be able to list member information using cluster management service

* create a MemberConfig object to hold all the essential member information.
* added list(CacheElement elem) interface to cms.
* added a result object in ClusterManagementResult
* excluded jackson libraries in geode-web-management module so that jackson
serialization would honor the annotations.
