As noted in [1], the HARegionQueueIntegrationTest test is incompatible with
newer versions of Mockito (0.24+). The test fails with OOM and the heap is
filled with StackTrace objects.
I think the test should be reworked to allow us to keep up with Mockito
upgrades.
